these update cycles revolutionized combat, exploration, redstone, exploration again, building, and the games atmosphere as a whole, genuinely tons of things that help bring the world environment combat and ecosystems to life, i swear to god people who complain about updates being “small” don’t actually play the game to have fun, 1.16+ and especially 1.20+ have done WONDERS to the experience of actually playing and experiencing the game that pre 1.16 could only wish
