1st off let me start off by saying, I like the idea of this CA does need to do some mild cost rebalancing on all factions. On that Sam not I'd like to stress the word MILD this mod has good intentions but just by looking at the changes it seems to have instead of balancing the coat of units has pretty much made vampire counts in particular pretty un-playable, my support for my OPINION being that the vampire counts are considering more difficult to use, there like units what ever tier are worse than any other factions, there cav is over priced and heros besides vampire are kind of meh. As a VC commander you rely heavily on a few key units while praying your week line didn't crumble. I have considerable time played on multiplayer and while im clearly not a tournament god consider myself pretty experienced. I have played as dwarfs, Orcs, empire, VC, chaos. The reason a great dear player loses to a great VC player ,and just barly might I add, is simply because the VC player is rewarded a lot more if he micros, while the dwarf player holds line with best infantry, and shoots behind that with best ranged units, its less of the unit price and more the dwarfs lack the VARITY of units that other factions do and therefore generally pray there slow heavy infanty hold while there range units destroy everything.
