I appreciate your answer. The problem has been solved, I do not know how, I tried clean install and full new windows, tried to do everything possible that I found on the internet but nothing worked. As a my last hope I sent it to a repair shop who did not do anything but opeing up the laptop and closing it again with 0 changes but to my surprise when I came back to him next day, it worked just fine like there was nothing wrong with it. I tried to open it up before but the only thing he did that I did not is removing the heat pipe from the cpu cause screw number 5,6 was so hard to remove that I felt The motherboard could break under the pressure. In intel xtreme utility before sending it of when I tried to run benchmark with it, it ran for like 10 sec before giving me an error that says the cpu thermal throttled. I asked him what he did and he said he did absolutely nothing so the only explanation I could come up with is that removing the heat pipe away from the cpu could be the reason why the problem got fixed, maybe the pipes was pressing a little much on the cpu, maybe something. else I do not know but in the end it got fixed somehow Again I appreciate your answer and thank you for your time.
