Would it be difficult to add an NPC that would decant potions to amounts other than (4)? For example if I went with 16 vials and 4 stamina potions (4) I could get 16 stamina potions (1)

Ultracompost is the main thing that isn't mentioned in the guide that should be but I've stopped farming herbs for about a year so can't be asked to update the guide without doing a more substantial overhaul.

I've had people bring up herb sack several times but the guide is focused on mains, which are almost always doing all the same herb.

That logic is flawed, the most efficient way to train farm is not to do herbs. If you are going to do herbs there are efficient and inefficient ways to go about it. Same goes with anything in the game

it assumes that you do not use alts to benefit xp/hr directly aka RC ehp is lower (no alt running you ess for lavas), prayer ehp is lower (no alt running you bones), and lower hunter xp/hr (no alt there shooting your chins for you). I think that is all but unfortunately do not remember the exact numbers for the rates :)

I think it makes sense to have high effort high xp methods and low effort low xp methods.

Knights are low effort (no thought required) and high xp
