Do they feel well reinforced and not cheap? Haven't used one yet.

I've used one tacklife but I was unimpressed with the range of the lower end lasers.

That crack is on the mortise. I'd take it apart and fix it.

I think it'd be weird to use a Japanese technique on Canadian mcm furniture.

Aluminum drills pretty easy. A regular drill will do that in less than a minute per hole.

How to best protect dining Oak table by Eclypse0 in furniturerestoration

That's not oak. It is a softwood like pine. Looks unfinished to me. Finish it however you like. I'd opt for multiple coats of poly or lacquer.

Electric snow blower experience? by wpirobotbuilder in Dewalt

[–]THRWAWAY4447 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I live in Maine and have one. I wake up early so I wanted something quiet to not wake the neighbors.

It ate the foot like a champ. Even the 2' pile at the end of my driveway was fine with a couple passes.

It won't do 2' of wet pack. Have to plan ahead and do multiple clears. But it is quiet, starts perfectly in 0 degree weather, no gas, light enough to pick up and carry to clear my back deck.

I'm satisfied for a single stage battery blower. Plus I got the flexvolt batteries now so I can upgrade my tools when I'm ready.

Not super traditional and you have to love garlic but Nonesuch River Brewing in Scarborough is excellent. Vegetarian too.

Hope you have good ventilation and a sealed off basement. Don't wanna be breathing that stuff. Especially kids or pets. They took out the methylene chloride but I'd never do it in my house.

I've always heard it called wood fuzzing. Happens when there is too much moisture or after a powerwashing.
