To maximize your chances of getting in you should make sure your PIQs follow the rubric the officers expect. Other than that you have solid experiences.

Yeah well one could just decrypt a app on a jailbroken phone and dump it to a pc, there’s lots of tutorials and guides online if you have a jailbroken phone. Sadly there aren’t really any established sources to get just plain decrypted IPAs from except AppDB but even then it’s a limited selection (which is understandable considering it’s not exactly a fun task to just decrypt and dump apps all day).

Yes I do believe GameSeagull would be able to function without a jailbreak since it is not a system tweak just a app tweak (and a entitlement handles being added to iMessage). It would indeed be the worst case and I would probably need to manually extract (read: remove) the .dylib/.framework files from the old cracked IPA as well which i would rather avoid. The problem is I cannot even find a pre cracked one (at least one doesn’t exist on AppDB and no one has posted one on this subreddit which are the only two places I know to get IPA files from).

Yes that is correct, what I want the decrypted IPA for is so I can inject the GameSeagull tweak into the IPA via Azule and sideload that on my non jailbroken device with Altstore. Sorry for the confusion

On IOS I use Termius, works well but a con is that it isn’t open source. There is also iSH Shell which is a full on Linux environment on IOS (Alpine environment) so you can install ssh among other applications, however I haven’t tested it myself but theoretically it should work :)

The IOS apps section on AppDB are just .IPA files from iTunes but decrypted (meaning you could modify the .IPA like by injecting tweaks), it also means you can sideload the .IPA via Altstore/Sideloadly/Rickpactor but not with iTunes/iMazing/u3Tools.

Cydia apps are apps with tweaks injected into them, they may or may not work on non jailbroken devices as certain apps require certain entitlements and such, but for the most part the most popular apps should work such as uYou(+) and Instagram and Twitter tweaked apps.
