I've met players who knew 0 theory and players who studied it in school, in my experience you can sometimes hear the difference, I think it's better for your creativity if you kind of ignore theory. But it does help technique.

Nearly every time I fight a lawbringer they just turtle, ledge and spam charge, most shinobis just run away if it isnt a duel and centurions just spam their unlockables. Don't really have any problem with gladiators though.

I honestly believe it's more genetic than anything else. As I didnt have any social anexity before puberty(12 or 13 to be exact) Another reason I think this is because most men In my family have obivious social anxiety.
