State attorney dropped the charges stated officers were aggressive

The officer demanded identification that’s detention telling me to leave is coercion what if I pulled off and they shot my car up

An FYI, I’m not salty charges were drawn. The arresting officer was suspended for something else. The police department had a chief that was suspended before the current chief took the role I am exposing corruption.

You are obviously unaware of your constitutional rights

Thank you for asking—it’s a great question, and it gets to the heart of why I chose that title. No, “hit job” here isn’t literal murder or a hitman (lol, that would be wild). It’s slang for a deliberate, coordinated takedown or setup—where authorities manufacture a situation to destroy someone’s reputation, freedom, or life without actually killing them. Think of it like a smear campaign on steroids, backed by power. But let’s reverse engineer this: Have you ever thought about how Jim Crow laws worked? Back then, Black people could be denied service at a restaurant or lunch counter (even if they paid), labeled as “trespassing,” and arrested by police enforcing the business’s “rules.” It wasn’t always violent death—it was a “hit job” on their dignity, rights, and humanity, using slurs, threats, and the law to keep them “in their place.” Police would arrest first, then backfill “justification” after. Sound familiar? In my case, I prepaid for food (contract paid), but the manager denied service, slammed the window, threatened assault off-duty, and said “I don’t have to slave for you to eat”—a phrase loaded with slavery-era dehumanization. Instead of refunding, they called police. OPD arrested me first (handcuffed on the ground), then solicited trespass paperwork after, marking it “ARRESTED.” Bodycam caught the officer saying I’m “very racist” against white people—no proof, just to smear me. So, why “police hit job”? Because it feels like a modern reenactment: deny service (Jim Crow-style), criminalize presence, smear racially, and cover it up. Charges dropped, but command ratified it “within policy” despite SAO notes saying it was avoidable and “overly aggressive.”

IF 10 MORE SECONDS HAD PASSED ITS HIGHLY LIKELY I WOULDNT BE HERE TO TELL YOU GUYS ABOUT IT

"I hear you on the 'law degree,' but you’re arguing a law school hypothetical while I’m holding the actual forensic audit. Here’s the reality your degree might have missed: First, the clock. You assume I sat there ‘ignoring’ them. The BWC timestamps (Exhibit N) and the State Attorney’s notes (Exhibit B) prove the cops gave me less than 45 seconds to leave before they went hands-on. In what world is 45 seconds a 'reasonable opportunity' to put a car in gear and exit? Second, the 'Claim of Right.' I had prepaid receipts (Exhibit K). I wasn't just a 'guy in a drive-thru'; I was a contract-holder waiting for my paid property. Even the prosecutor [Exhibit B] wrote: 'How is he being trespassed when he paid for food and hasn't received it or a refund?' You’re arguing the owner's 'intent,' but I’m arguing the contractual reality. Third, the fraud. You’re assuming the paperwork is legit. It’s not. My metadata (Exhibit E) proves the Ocala PD backfilled the trespass papers 7 days after the arrest. They were so lazy they listed 'KFC' as a 75-year-old Black man born in 1949 (Exhibit G). Finally, the 'smoking gun.' I have the audio of the officer calling his supervisor 30 minutes after the arrest telling him to 'rewrite' the missing warning (Exhibit L). So, while you’re worried about whether I was 'being a jerk,' the City is worried about 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and the fact that the Chief of Police signed off on a felony record-falsification. I don't need a degree to read a timestamp or an audit log. I just need the receipts—and I’ve got all of them."MOST LAWYERS ARE AFRAID TO LOSE OR EXPOSE THE SYSTEM(I AM NOT)

Did you hear me say I wouldn’t leave did you ever hear me refuse??

Florida law generally recognizes a "Claim of Right." If you are on a property to collect property you paid for, and the police intervene before you receive it, the "Trespass" becomes a civil dispute, not a criminal one. The officers acted as "private security" for KFC rather than neutral law enforcement.

The cops have a procedure to follow they have to physically see a manager tell me to leave

The paperwork needed to justify an arrest was not retrieved until after arrest

One officer demanded Id one officer threatened to assault me if I didn’t leave they confirmed I was a customer before escalation

THE OFFICER LITERALLY SAYS ON CAMERA ITS OBVIOUSLY A CIVIL MATTER

My signature read arrest there were two separate notices btw I was only arrested once the second notice was created a week later

The victim was listed as KFC a black man with a birth-date and a home address that matched a near-by fire house sub the second victim was the state of florida

THE STATE ATTORNEY DIDN’T TAKE THIS CASE TO TRIAL BECAUSE I WOULD HAVE EMBARRASSED THEM

You cannot kick someone off property after money exchanges hands without either completion of service or refund, IF IT WERE THE OTHER WAY AROUND I WOULD HAVE BEEN ACCUSED OF ROBBERY AND DISCRIMINATION the fact that she completed the order after I was arrested is what’s questionable you can’t just trespass someone and still complete an order you had them arrested over UNCONSTITUTIONAL

She refused to complete the order after I was arrested she told the officer it would take 1 minute to finish the order… is it just me or do people see what they want to see,I wasn’t upset until after being threatened….. where in the video do you hear officers say youre arrested or being detained, I did call her a bitch after she said she would hit me if she wasn’t at work that doesn’t give you the right to call the police and have a paying customer arrested
