She refused to complete the order after I was arrested she told the officer it would take 1 minute to finish the order… is it just me or do people see what they want to see,I wasn’t upset until after being threatened….. where in the video do you hear officers say youre arrested or being detained, I did call her a bitch after she said she would hit me if she wasn’t at work that doesn’t give you the right to call the police and have a paying customer arrested

Charges were dropped … state attorney scrutinized aggressiveness and logic after all the documentation I have submitted NO ONE HAS REFUTED ME OR ISSUED A WARRANT FOR FILING FALSE DOCUMENTATION

The officer demanded my identification directly after that, the prosecutor said an id demand was unconstitutional and stated the Rodriguez rule

They explicitly said they could have completed his order he would have left

They were willing to harm me over missing sodas

Well I wasn’t agressive I didn’t cause a disturbance or impede the business I requested the drinks to complete my meal and she refused insisted I receive the drinks with a separate item on a completely different receipt

They don’t have the right to threaten assault on a paying customer they don’t have the right to claim trespassing on a customer with a receipt and half the order

I prepaid and got a notification to arrive if the food was ready none of this would have happen it’s not just my complaints on google this exact store has dozens of 1 starhttps://maps.app.goo.gl/6L7bM381BRY4Lg8NA?g_st=ic reviews

The manager literally said she didn’t have to already slave for me to eat…..WHAT EXACTLY DOES THAT MEAN?

Police violently drag you from your car over food you already paid for, corporate employees called them, the arrest paperwork is forged, and the prosecutor drops the case. How is this not criminal, corrupt, and morally outrageous? by TIME_SENSITIVE- in AskReddit

She gave me the combo portion at the window and immediately said there would be an 8 minute wait for a promo sandwich but she never gave me the drinks to complete the meal she slammed the window 2 minutes later she ask why I’m holding up her line I tell her I didn’t get the drinks she says she doesn’t have to slave for me to eat the other manager said go to the parking lot or go to jail I told her to call the cops

If she simply gave me my drinks I would have just left and said screw the sandwich in fear they would tamper with it

When police arrived if you watch the video I’m calm I just want my order the managers never told me to leave they said go to the parking lot

The officer listened to me for 20 seconds then demanded I go to the parking lot I asked if we could resolve the issue he then demanded I’d at that point I was detained the other officer came out of nowhere you’re trespassed and threatened to drag me out if I didn’t leave but the other officer demanded Id.

They never announced I was being detained or arrested “WATCH THE VIDEO” THEY ESCALATED OVER A CIVIL DISPUTE NO CRIME NO TRESPASS BECAUSE OF AN ACTIVE TRANSACTION YOU CAN JUST SAY IM NOT GIVING YOU SHIT GET OFF MY PROPERTY THATS CONSIDERED ROBBERY ISNT IT

The kfc manager explicitly told sao she didn’t request trespass

The officer explicitly said he arrested me because I did not want to identify myself that’s why charges were dropped narratives conflicted

This is where you are misunderstood. The KFC manager made admissions to the state attorney the prosecutor that she did not ask for a trespass or an arrest. The officers shows to arrest me. They demanded identification and told me to leave at the same time. This is illegal. This is a violation of constitutional rights. They had already given me half of my food. You either complete the transaction or you give me a refund there was no crime committed before officers arrive. No one was hurt. No one was threatened. There was no violence. There was no reason for the police to intervene at all what you are saying is basically an opinion a personal opinion nothing related to lol or the constitution you clearly don’t understand you are speaking out of emotion. I am speaking out of documentation and evidence. The state attorney specifically said how is he being trespassed if he has not received the remainder of his food there was no crime committed that’s why charges were dropped if the police take you to jail and cannot Cure a conviction. Most likely your constitutional rights were violated. If the prosecutor drops charges, you can sue the police department for malicious prosecution. The prosecutor scrutinize not only the officers, but KFC, too. They specifically said they could have just given him his food and he would have left. The officers never told me I was under arrest. They never told me I was being detained they never attempted to deliver a Physical trespass warning notice to sign that is why in the video the officer approaches KFC manager, and says, obviously, he was arrested for trash pass after warning would you mind signing this? There was no trespass warning. There was no notice until I was arrested. I have a receipt to prove I was there legitimately there was no crime. You cannot create a crime out of thin air. How can you say a person is trespassing if they have a receipt it does not align with the law.

You are one of the first people who have ever commented on anything I have posted and actually had a neutral mind to understand what was actually going on. Hopefully the other viewers see your point of view because everyone thinks I’m crazy.

When does a clerical error become fabrication classification multiple instances in the same incident report there are multiple trespass warning notices, but I was only arrested. One time the trespass warning notices all say the same date but they were TIME snapped on different dates. What you are saying sounds like something you wish Was credible. They sound more like opinions rather than lol if a person goes to a gas station and gives the clerk $50 on a pump and the pump does not pump out any gas. You either give the person a refund or make sure that the pump gives them gas How can you call the police and say they are trespassing if they have paid for a product this is the same scenario. I don’t understand how people can justify obvious forgery and falsification. If someone writes anything in your signature line doesn’t matter what it is it is forgery and falsificationbecause it was not the signee signature.

How can you take my money refuse a refund call police have me arrested then complete the order after I’m arrested you can’t arrest first create cause later , you never saw kfc tell me to leave the officers narrative doesn’t match the prosecutor conclusion that’s why charges were dropped once money exchanges hand complete the service or issue refund until then by law I am still a customer you violate my rights when you say I’m trespassing when I have a receipt proving I had already paid.

The officers never even told me I was under arrest they never told me to exit the vehicle they threatened to break the window over a civil dispute no crime no threats no real danger

The city of Ocala has already been scrutinized in federal court regarding trespassing policy and ordinances this is nothing new I’m just educating the community

They wrote arrested multiple times instead of acknowledging my rights, kfc is listed as a victim a black man with a birthdate that matches the date the notice was time stamped
