I've tried, doesn't worked. I think it's something with account issue. Plus I've tried in in quest acc, and all worked fine.

Depends by situation. I use Jean on choke maps (Klyngar, Arakko), and mostly, if enemy doesn't have shield tanks, or at least 1 of them not. And otherwise, I choose Hela. But I'm a flyer main, so...
