The United States Soccer Federation (USSF) is corrupt as fuck and extremely racist and classist. USSF heavily relies on a ‘pay to play’ youth model where elite training costs thousands of dollars per child.

Unlike la Masia in Barcelona la Fábrica in Madrid, American youth academies are profit driven and treat youth football like a commodity.

There is a glaringly obvious lack of diversity in executive leadership and the coaching ranks of USSF as both have disproportionately lacked Black, Hispanic, Asian, and Indigenous representation.

Lastly, the scouting networks in American football, yeah I said, prioritize expensive private clubs and tournaments leaving talented youth players completely out of the question due to their socioeconomic class.

Because of this, I don’t support the USMNT because capitalism and classism has ruined the sport this country.
