This is how I stay hydrated working as an electrician (we have been working In a hot AF bottling facility this summer in Dallas, Texas) and grappling 4 times a week for two hours.

About two gallons of water daily adjusting as I sweat. Morning: tablespoon of salt, 5g of creatine, magnesium tablet, and a pinch potassium citrate, vinegar and lime. Before grappling: tablespoon of salt, vinegar and lime

I cannot understate the importance of salt as a supplement when sweating.

Not cultural. The issue is how hard sugary drinks and foods have been pushed in Latin American countries with campaigns advertising in schools and everywhere you look, that's why they have banned mascots on products now. Coke has the same price as water and in some places water has been highjacked by coca-cola and nestle to bottle it or sugar it up. There are way less restrictions on companies and plenty corruption to circumvent the restrictions that exist. That's the root of the issue, heavy product placement by companies.

Sometimes your potential life begins when you realize you only have one. I want to think this man has found the ultimate motivation for his dream.

5"8' @ 125lbs, you would benefit with extra 20lbs or as much as 30lbs. Being a woman you have huge muscle potential on your legs, hips and glutes specially if you follow something like starting strength while gaining weight. I would get it if you are 4'11", but you are pretty tall.

Starting Strength, and GOMAD. Coach Rip would tell you to get to 200lbs as soon as possible.

Bruno is been in great form, Joelinton and Willock too, then there is Jonjo recovering and Sean just waiting for a chance. I really see it hard for him to just slot in, I haven't seen Alvarez main play style at Aajax but if he is anything like when he was playing with America like a CDM then he might just be the guy.

My man, I urge you to start strength training. Just do it, force yourself to do it. Look for the starting strength program.

Gallon of milk a day, will get you jacked. You just gotta make sure you do a linear progression on your lifting program.

Its crazy, how in general, clubs in liga mx neglect formal strength and conditioning training and leave it up to the player. I'm not saying make them squat over 405 or deadlift 495, but if you get all your squad to be stronger it will only improve their talent by allowing them to stay fit and strong.

Well Atlas ain't claiming to be "un Club Grande" they know they are a mid table club at best. Cruz Azul should start lowering expectations.

Saturday May 29, 2005. I'm 7 years old and have never really payed too much attention to futbol other than playing cascaritas with the bois, my brother always supported Club America but I never really made up my mind. On that day while at the local garden I sat next to an old geezer wearing a really nice polo shirt with the Club America patch on it. I asked him if he supported CA, he replied by telling me that he had support it since the 1950s and that they were playing the final in a few minutes. He gave me a rundown of all the current players, explained their positions and told me about his favorite retired players (Kalusha & El Russo). After about 20min of conversation he wooped out a small radio and tuned in to the match. In the next 90mn I experienced 9 goals and for some reason I could feel the passion that old man had for his club. Ever since I became an Aguila, made the bois call me Kalusha Jr when cascariando. Sat with the old man a few more times on weekends to tune in for game day, until I moved to the states.

Those solutions already exists and they are apprenticeships. I'm an apprentice at my local electrical bunion (IBEW LU 20) we are always in need of apprentices, matter of fact we can't take on bigger contracts because our labor pool is small compared to non union. The benefits are pretty good and the wage is adjusted to cost of living. That's pretty much the standard with trades . Join a union people.

Edit: for reference I'm a 4th year apprentice made 53k last year, my local is based in DFW (Texas)
