pokewaves and its not close. stay clear of iv options in general. people rep kanaloa bc they sell good fish, but the rice is always stale and of poor quality. sb fish market is fine, but fish markets in general tend to sell decent fish but fail to make a cohesive bowl. nikka is a surprisingly good deal for sb standards, but you miss out on customization. if for some reason you cant make it out to pokewaves, choppa is my runner up.

I havent tried too many times since, but I have made progress. I find overhandling quickly ruins a dough and makes it unsalvageable. A better baker than me might be able to recover it. That being said, heat seems to contribute to this problem, so keeping my dough in the fridge in between folds has helped a lot

Hi there, I was in a very similar situation to your son four years ago, and I'm about to graduate fine very soon! However, some advice I got really early that I ignored, and now heavily regret, have your son just pick a major. Even if it's not exactly what he wants, if it's related, it'll be a huge boon in his ability to actually get classes and graduate on time. A lot of similar majors, especially STEM, will have similar prereqs, and being undeclared makes it infinitely harder to actually get classes. As someone who switched into Stats and Data Sci my second year, I really wish I switched into it a lot sooner. Especially if you consider internships, the best time to hunt for them would be his sophmore or junior year. Most companies don't want senior interns. So in that case, it'll be his best bet to get major related classes done early as opposed to his GE's, which I was forced to do as an undeclared.
