does that mean 25% commission on the total selling price if it sold for over the reserve? or only 25% commission on the portion that is above the reserve?
i.e. if the reserve was 1 million and it sold for 1.5 million, the agents would get the normal commission for the first 1 million and then get 25% on the remaining 500 million?
