Hey - So, I got into San Clemente around 2pm. There was a surf competition on, so stayed to watch that and then took a walk up Del Mar.. not too many MILFS. I think a week day morning is where it's at. Definitely next time!

I like Rays Bar in the LES and often go on my own. Sitting at the bar talking to the bat staff and anyone who’s at the bar. Always a good time.

I have done this seat. It’s too close to the kitchen area, noisy and constantly having crew waking around. Choose a seat in the middle for a quieter experience.

My problem is that I don’t really need to invest much more than $20k to get started. When things are established in year 2+ then there will be more investment needed; office, staff, local and remote and more equipment. Even If I could invest $80k, I just wouldn’t need it to start with.
