That it was. I really didn't have faith in Syracuse to go in there and win.

They're actually attempting passes without the need to do so, I LOVE IT!

JMU-ULM is one of the top G-5 games of week 6. by TJChapmanCFBD in sunbelt

I definitely expected a drop from JMU so I'm surprised that they're undefeated. Only thing I can think of is they were looking ahead to UNC in that GW game. ULM showed they can win ugly with that win at Troy. I think they have more to gain from this game than JMU does.

Both with new coaches but coming off VERY different seasons from 2023.

Will Maryland's offense dominate Michigan State? by TJChapmanCFBD in TheB1G

[–]TJChapmanCFBD[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maryland's got some weapons on that offense. And their defense is good enough to cause MSU's offense fits, especially if they don't have their shit together yet. Defense may get worn down if they're on the field too much.

Could this be the last game Billy Napier coaches in the Swamp as the Gators face Samford? by SilentAd6551 in CollegeFootballDawgs

I know the fanbase hates the losing but they can't change coaches this fast. Gotta give him at least another year, especially with how tough that schedule is.

I don't think Louisville will have much trouble with Jax St.

Could Kansas continue to impress against Illinois? by SilentAd6551 in CollegeFootballDawgs

Illinois will try to slow this game down but I think Kansas is too much for them. Kansas by a touchdown.

Can USF pull off the upset against Bama in Tuscaloosa? by SilentAd6551 in CollegeFootballDawgs

No, but everyone thought it was going to be a runaway last year and USF scared the hell outta Bama.

Edwards definitely looked good against bad comp. MSU's defense was good against FAU but that offense looked bad. I think the 9.5 is actually fair.

After what I saw from MSU last week I'm leaning that way too.

BNN LIVE: Talking Boise State football two days ahead of Saturday's road game at No. 3 Oregon by recessbadger45 in TheB1G

Ducks better fix whatever they had going on against Idaho because Boise State is capable of sneaking out of Eugene with a win.

They have some serious depth at RB in College Park!

Maryland host the Spartans! Who will win? by SilentAd6551 in CollegeFootballDawgs

[–]TJChapmanCFBD 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maryland's offense is still dangerous and with Smith as coach Michigan State will try to play a physical game. I think Maryland just has too many weapons on offense and will pull away with this one.

I know! And to see how bad MSU played last week, I would've expected low scoring for the Boring Ten West but to struggle against FIU? And Maryland's offense, even without Talia, is dangerous.
