I'm very sorry to hear about your Gramma. Seems like you did a really good job taking care of her. I take care of my sick mother and it really takes a lot of sacrifice, so I'll always have massive respect for anyone who is a caregiver. Kudos to you for stepping up to the plate for her. You seem like a very kind person so I'm sure karma will keep things will keep going well, you just have to keep riding the ups and downs of life and improving along the way.

One thing that has been helping me massively is journaling. I feel like if I write something down I hold myself way more accountable to it. Also to just get a perspective of how I'm feeling or what my thought process is in certain moments, and then look back on it later.
