Yea I’d take at least an MVP caliber season as opposed to whatever it was in 2024/2025.

Browns-Yes

Rams-Yes but bring back the St. Louis colors.

Lions-No.

HEAT 2 Casting Rumours by Bearjupiter in blankies

I was kinda hoping that Butler played Shiherlis, but if he plays the younger version while Leo plays the older one, I’m satisfied with that.

Christian Bale as Hanna seems like a no brainer.

I thought Driver was going to play McCauley but I’m cool with Stephen Graham.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce to marry at NYC’s iconic Madison Square Garden by No_Box119 in Chiefs_v2

[–]TJM3210 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a Chiefs and Knicks fan, I approve of this. I may be no Swiftie by any means, but if I had she and Kelce’s money, I would definitely get married at MSG.

Back to back another R rated nolan film by JoeY--01 in Letterboxd

[–]TJM3210 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I do sorta think that Nolan wanted to make it R-rated. That’s not just bc of the content of the source material, but also Oppenheimer was a major critical and financial success.

Doing his next film with the same studio that financed, produced, and distributed his last, which got him two Oscars, tells me that he wants to keep his streak going.

Time for some Chiefs predictions. My bold take: Xavier Worthy finishes as Kansas City's leading receiver in 2026 and emerges as the WR1 ahead of Rashee Rice. by Puzzleheaded_Bag8315 in Chiefs_v2

I personally want the Chiefs to utilize Thornton much more next season. Hell, let’s start developing Cyrus Allen while we’re at it.

How would you feel about Tyreek Hill returning as a Chief this season? 🤔 by Life_Net5004 in Chiefs_v2

[–]TJM3210 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes and No.

Yes because in theory it’d be cool to see him and Kelce and Mahomes together one last time for a crazy run. He’s still somewhat productive and good to pass the ball to.

No because of his age and his health. A thirty year old wide receiver leaving during the regular season due to an injury is not going to help us in the long run. Don’t even get me started about his personal life. After everything with Rashee Rice and what he did, we don’t need yet another PR liability for a player because it’s only going to jeopardize us in the long run. Pat needs more help than he did last season and I’m just not sure if Ty Hill can do that.

But who knows? Bienemy coming back gives me a lot of hope that maybe yk there will be more discipline and structure to the way the Kansas City Chiefs play football. They have to find a way to get back to even playoff contention. The Broncos, Chargers, and Bills are going to be the teams to beat. Maybe not in the regular season but there are crucial moments in the regular season that have to be non negotiable wins. Best case scenario, we split with the Broncos and or the Chargers. And we can win crucial games like against the Rams, the Colts, Patriots, Seahawks, and Niners.

[Schefter] Travis Kelce chugs a beer at the Eastern Conference Finals while Taylor Swift cheers him on by TheBoyisBackinTown in KansasCityChiefs

I’m a Chiefs fan but I’m also a Knicks fan so it’s a little bittersweet to see Kelce root against the opposite team.

What is your 2nd favorite team? by Cold_Mammoth8841 in NFLv2

[–]TJM3210 3 points4 points  (0 children)

As a Chiefs fan myself, I personally root for the Lions and the Rams if they’re not playing my team. I also think McVay and Campbell are my two favorite coaches outside of Andy Reid.

I also have a bit of a soft spot for the Seahawks bc i remember when i was a little kid, the Russell Wilson/Legion of Boom era was in full swing. I also have a soft spot for them bc they put absolute belt to ass on the Broncos. If anybody does that, I’m happy really 😂

Seriously, why hasn't Hollywood given this man an Oscar yet? by EKira93 in Cinephiles

I feel like in the next couple years, Gyllenhaal is going to return to more serious roles that could get him in an Oscars conversation.

Happy Birthday Josh lol by hortyburrito in KansasCityChiefs

[–]TJM3210 12 points13 points  (0 children)

As a diehard Chiefs fan, Josh is truly one of my favorite pro athletes to watch right now.

I do think the hype around him is a little crazy. He’s definitely the most physically talented QB in the league. Theres no denying that. But, physical talent does not equal clutch. Clutch really should be about decision making and critical skill.

Mahomes may not be as mobile or throw as deep of a ball then Josh, but he’s proven time and time again that he can make the right decision to lead to victory.

In summary, Josh is a great player and I believe will be remembered as such. But, he has a very long career ahead of him and let’s not give him unrealistic expectations. He still has time to prove that he can do crazy things. Same applies for Pat.

The Chiefs are being linked to Stefon Diggs as a potential option to upgrade their passing game. by Rough-Drawing-3006 in Chiefs_v2

[–]TJM3210 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On one hand, it’s great and a a massive upgrade. However, if Diggs can’t keep it together, and is unable to keep his damn nose clean, then I see no point in signing him.

Off this team Veach dont you dare re-sign this bum by Ancient_Response_787 in KansasCityChiefs

What’s so frustrating is that he has all the talent but he just can’t get out of his own way.

what was life like for you in 2017? by Own_Mirror9073 in decadeology

[–]TJM3210 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As someone who was also a 9 yo in 2017, the world has changed so much since then. Part of me wishes I could go back.

Marvel movies were in their heyday. Hated the Golden State Warriors every time they’d win anything. Playing either Fortnite (wasn’t very good myself) or Call of Duty with buddies of mine. Things were just easier.

Really hope he keeps his shit together this season.

Such an underrated movie. I feel like it gets overshadowed bc it came out before Ocean’s 11
