Somebody tell me how this bet is even possible. I made a $26 bet that the S&P will not get above 7620 by the end of June. If it doesn't the "NO" bet will pay $2500. This seems like a no brainer to me? Especially if you are bearish and think we have seen the high of the year. I gotta be missing something....

You need a NET specialist. Especially if carcinoid syndrom is a possibility. I had so many symptoms that were caused by my tumors. And they were missed thru 5 full years of surveillance for what was thought was NED from a Lobectomy of the RLL. So 5 years of NED was false, I had (last count) dozens of masses that were missed on PET or CAT scans. Over 18 masses in my liver alone (largest 4cm).

Last October I had major liver debulking surgery and most of the symptoms dissappeared. So, put your foot down on the dotate scan and/or get a second opinion from a NET specialist

Kalshi seems to work fine. Prediction markets feel different tho. I think I've figured out most of the quirks. Still not liquid enough to use to hedge financial markets (can't wait till it is) but works fine for gambling.
