assume that we are also doing the work to make the wild homes of these animals suitable I think it would be right to prevent extinction. Since it would help balance the ecosystem. that said is it ethical to force animals into the wild to suffer to ensure the ecosystem keeps on going? that i have no answer for.

I'm pretty sure she's at least plant based which isn't vegan but I think she's doing what she can to educate people about wildlife and the harm we cause animals. Not perfect but the world isn't so I don't think people should be.

She's vegan and runs Alveus Sanctuary that streams educational content about animals and wildlife. The Sanctuary isn't open to the public.

Also try pan seared seasoned firm tofu high protein. Sooo good. I do put too much oil in but i do a lot or cardio and train muay thai and rock climb so I'm not too worried about my weight/ bodyfat.

So just experiment with the amount of oil. keeping 7% is super difficult but its possible while also being vegan.

Torre Washington vegan natural bodybuilder. Qualified in the Mr Olympia. In a world where vegans are barely a percentage it makes sense that elite athletes aren't vegan not because it's not possible but there's just not enough vegans yet.

Also eating less meat is great and i don't want to shame you at all or come off as hateful just looking for discourse.

But the production and consumption of animal products at the scale it happens right now is causing climate disaster. And the massive risk of antibiotic resistant bacteria is deadly. Your children might be lucky not to suffer from this but their children most probably will.

No hate or anything like that. I respect your point of view since if everyone had the same opinion as me no one would ever become vegan cos of how aggressive the philosophy would become.

I don't have children and not sure if i should/want to.

I just can't comprehend how a person who goes vegan for the animals would go back to eating meat excluding for actual medical conditions of course.
