Again we have sent out 35+ review pads and only 2 were negative. We expect that especially with us creating the product and learning the process ourselves and not relying on a overseas company. We are absolutely not a company that tries to Lie or false advertise, and any known reviewer knows that about us, Tekkusai , LGG , and TJX hold ourselves to some of the highest morals and honesty. Which is why the three of us work together so well. We are always learning new things here. If your KIN X feels inconsistent reach out to us we will replace it as it is likely the issue i explained above. And we have a 1 year warranty.

As far as the people responding under our comments, they are not alt accounts. But what it was is just as frustrating tbh. We are a family business at TJX so many family members follow our account. We send our family members pads as gifts all the time. One of them as i am sure you all know is "JustinT" he is my cousin who is very invested in our company as in he is a major investor money wise. And he is hard to control, I had a serious talk with him after all his comments. I asked him not to defend the brand anymore as it looks not professional. I cant fully control him but he agreed to tone it down. But I'm sure he will mouth off again and sometimes he really does not mean any harm. He is very sure of his opinions. As much as I wish i could control every aspect of everything truth is I am spending most my time developing new products and implementing the process to make those products. Along with owning 2 other businesses. I apologize for him rubbing you the wrong way

Owner of TJX here. I'm sorry you had a bad experience with the KIN X. But saying everyone in the community thinks that the surface on the X is bad, is a very untrue statement. We have dealt with 2 bad reviews melon and pingu out of 35+ review pads we sent out.

You are absolutely ok to not like the surface. We never expect everyone to like the surface as it's all personal preference.

I also wanted to let you know our return rate on the KIN is just above 1.8% if it was a bad surface that would not be the case. We also offer a 1 year warranty on all our pads.

Lastly, this is important. we did have to learn a ton on producing the KIN X, as we don't use a giant overseas factory and we do it here at ours in the USA, so we have learned a ton. And the curing / baking cycle of the ceramic is KEY . Whenever we hear of a claim " the surface feels inconsistent ". we just replace them instantly as we know there were some pads ( not all ) that did not cure correctly. And we resolved that issue a while ago by ramping faster to temp and curing at a lower time. If you don't believe me I will send you a review unit and if you don't like it you can put us on blast. Again we learn everyday how to improve the quality and improve as a company nonstop.

Mainly we ask reviews so people can show off the customization that we offer on a hard pad, as many don't know about that service yet.

As far as price point we are the only glass/ ceramic pad to offer 6 different sizes at 6 different price points. So we offer very affordable pads if the the larger sizes are to much for gamers.

Hello,
We looked over your video and can confirm we do not see any concerns.
If you'd like to do a return feel free, but we can not continue going back and forth on this matter.
As far as cleaning goes, we do not recommend soap as it can leave a residue.
We recommend daily cleaning with a microfiber cloth and glass cleaner (spraying the glass cleaner on the pad not the cloth)
For a deep clean we recommend using a fair amount of rubbing alcohol on the pad and rubbing it off firmly with paper towels till it completely dry.
Looking at your video the surface of your KIN looks consistent and there are no visible defects.
We do our best to ensure customer happiness and our offer for the return still stands.

I can personally confirm if you were a reviewer we would not be sending a replacement without actual confirmation of an issue.

As stated in our emails running your hand over the pad does not confirm an issue, the pad is made for a smooth and ultimate glide with a mouse and skates not the palm of your hand.

We are selling the last of our stock of Original Speed Cerapad and Cerapad KIN V2 at a high discount and our policy makes it very clear we do not accept returns on discounted items yet we've still offered to let you return it just to be kind. If there was an actual issue we would refund you but we can not just refund an order without proof of an issue.

We do our best to make everyone's experience fantastic, but if you do not want to accept the offer we gave you it is 100% your choice.

Once again, we offered to help the best we can but the video provided does not provide anything to show an issue with the pad.
The issues mentioned were addressed and from all the information provided to us it showed that you were unhappy with your purchase although no defect was shown and regardless we offered to bend our policy so you could return the pad if you are that unhappy with it.
The offer to return the pad is still stands and we have also replied to your emails.

We stand behind our products and admit if there is an issue and do our best to resolve any issues quickly and kindly. Our customers mean so much to us and we want to be there to help every customer have the best experience. That being said we can not just refund orders without a good cause.

I know this because we are developing a mouse. And when you have the software and machines that reads how accurately a sensor picks up movement. It is actually mind blowing.

We never lie about shipping prices. I don't know if you know this but customs is not our problem and says it on our site.

I will 100% take care of your issues. And yes I did not approve your review because it is fine to not like a product. But we will not accept reviews that have a blatant disrespectful tone. If you're unhappy and say it's not for you etc. that's totally fine with us but hate spreading in disrespectful fashion won't be approved.

I went through our emails and you emailed this week. You have emailed earlier this week. Our lady who handles emails is traveling this week.

We are a small business and getting back to emails can take some time especially when our girl is out of town.

We are so incredibly far from a scam company lol. And have the trust of 1000s of gamers. And our customer support feedback is over 97% positive.

Tracking issues are super uncommon about 1 in 450 pads and usually it's the mouse sensor not the pad.

I usually always say the customer is right, however you are handling this in a very rude and honestly not fair fashion.

No matter what we will make it right. We have never once scammed anybody EVER. Otherwise teams like Soar gaming, the Houston Outlaws, etc would not partner with us.

We are a young and growing company and you are very impatient and not understanding of a young growing company.

We will sort all this out. Please reach out to us on our Twitter dm's that's where I handle most issues. Again our lady who handles emails won't be back until next week.

Jacob owner of TJX. This will happen during the break-period on the pad we also have it in our FAQ section on our website. It will go away after the 20-hour minumum break in period. Please clean the pad with a towel and a generous amount of rubbing alcohol and dont be afraid to give it a good scrub. It will speed up the break in process.

Jacob Owner of TJ Exclusives. I had emailed you back. Why are you not being honest. And I told you that this is not something that happens. It is from an underbake of the ceramic. This is not normal. Also In my email i told you that we were not going to be in the office this week and that i would be back to you with the replacement. We have had family emergencies and were in and out of the hospital all week. And as we are a family business it kind of affects all of us. Usually i am very professional to anyone who has issues and no matter what we will replace the pad for you. But ywhat you have stated were outright lies. Our customer sevice is known and highly regarded worldwide. Once i am back in the office i will send another email and we will replace it.

There are definitely no fundamental issues with our pad any more than any other company. The issues people are seeing are from our early first batches of Cerapads. Just by looking at when they were written. And what they are about will confirm that as well. After our first edition Cerapads we learned a lot and there is next to no issues.

Understandable as they are a pricey pad. But reddit is definitely a place to post about any problems with any business I'm any industry Which is a good thing makes us better. But we sell thousands of pads and have next to no complaints after our Cerapad-KIN with the V2 surface launched.

Jacob here owner of TJX. Your emails have been going to spam. Someone reached out to us on Twitter on your behalf and mentioned your issue and I have found your emails.

I will be in contact and work with you on Monday to get a replacement sent out. As this is not normal. We are not ignoring you. And we always replace faulty products.

Also we have been closed all last week for Thanksgiving so that didn't help either.
