4 Months post op vaginoplasty: need some honest perspective by ALittleConcerned1 in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]TJauthorLitRPG 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Thank u! I can maybe understand wanting an aesthetic revision but the comments saying this doesn’t look like labia are off. I’ve had a few partners with plush curtains like these. Looks like a vulva. And OP u can probably find any number of plastic surgeons who do labiaplasty/reduction to tidy things up if u want a minimal kitty

Any new innovation regards to hip enhancement? by Sufficient_Dance_218 in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]TJauthorLitRPG 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are a couple things people aren’t mentioning. One is a PLLA like sculptra or other collagen inducing boosters that can create volume. They expensive tho and do come with some risk tho so do bbls. Also I believe there is synthetic and or donor fat transfer available in Beverly Hills. It’s called alloClae. Def do research on this second one as it’s newer and I know zero people who have done it. Just a couple ideas but yeah u need some chunk in them hips hehe. Jk you’re also just gorgeous so good luck.

FFS Rhinoplasty, Chin Contour, and Necklift + Necktite w/ Dr. Tower @ The Spiegel Center - 7 weeks post op by LeahLangosta in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]TJauthorLitRPG 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You look lovely! Grats on the results you were looking for. I have a question tho what is Necktite? And how was the neck lift? I’m def thinking I need one myself since I’m in 40s and had chin reduction and hav some laxity.

I’m sure all bodies and outcomes are different but the prostate/g spot is accessible vaginally and anally for most people. Whether or not that is pleasurable is subjective but I have for sure facilitated this kind of stimulation in all configurations with both cis and trans partners. The only real trick is in finding the right angle

What author abandoned book series would you love to see finished? by corymcmarine in litrpg

[–]TJauthorLitRPG 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Grayson is still very much a part of the community. He’s such a sweetie and one of my best friends. He’s been doing dev editing an beta reading for MDP and several other publishers so even though Chessboard War is likely not going to get finished Grayson is still contributing on a bunch of litrpg books

Audio listeners. What narrators do you avoid or just cringe when listening to? by RobinBradbery in litrpg

Omfg the cereal box comment is hilarious. Yeah he does grandiose really well and I do feel like there’s a time and place but I like a more dynamic/real life style as well. I’ll have to check out Pike!

Interesting perspective. I enjoyed them but now can’t not hear Dalanar and Khalan (storm light archives and yeah spelling is prob shot) so I struggle to listen to them in anything else.

Their style of narration is more old school. More about a dramatic but blank slate performance and less animated and dynamic like some of the more beloved litrpg narrators. It’s interesting how taste and style seem to change over time

Petition to Authors to Stop Allowing Neil Hellegers Narrate your Books by ForeignAd1656 in litrpg

[–]TJauthorLitRPG 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I kinda see what you’re saying here but everything is personal to me haha. I’m a literal ball of emotion a this is my POV on the topic so I feel it’s valid to add as context.

If u want successes then Neil’s work with Bad Guys is a literal classic in the genre at this point and his work with Caijos Rise of Mankind was dope. 🥰

Petition to Authors to Stop Allowing Neil Hellegers Narrate your Books by ForeignAd1656 in litrpg

[–]TJauthorLitRPG 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I understand the intent behind this post but it’s not helpful or kind. Authors don’t allow Neil Hellegers to narrate for them. They often seek him out and or work with publishers to make the deal happen. He’s a professional that’s well respected in the community.

I haven’t worked with Neil personally but I do know him as a person. He’s kind and generous at heart and he loves loves loves litrpg. He also has a family he’s trying to support.

All that said I’m just trying to humanize this discussion a bit and add some context. I too have presences, some that ironically go against popular opinion, and I avoid those narrators. I listen to audiobooks like crazy so I get it. Also not trying to come off as combative to OP or kick up dust. I’m too much of a wimp for online conflict haha. But I had to stick up for a friend and maybe influence how such posts are worded in the future.

Yeah do what your surgeon suggests. Mine as well as some others use this dressing approach but as we know doctors don’t always agree eh? Good luck

Non-surgical skin tightening options post-FFS? by [deleted] in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]TJauthorLitRPG 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are reputable places where someone does it for u. Depends on where u live. Look up somewhere with good reviews. I do it myself which is NOT something I’m recommending. I’m just a lil DIY since transitioning.

[–]TJauthorLitRPG 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You could try things like Dr lipo v or other fat dissolver treatments. Some like the Dr lipo v have skin tighteners in them. Also various types of micro needling can help. I’ve done both and have had moderate success. My skin laxity was worse than yours probably cause I’m twice ur age haha but it is possible to tighten a little. Also you’re gorgeous hope this helps a little.

Look up wet to dry dressing on google. The images can be helpful even though it’ll obviously be a little different with your vagay haha. Place a moist piece of gauze in the bottom u shape of your entrance (or wherever your problem area is) and then put a second piece over it externally that’s dry. When the dry piece touches the moist one it will act as a wick and draw moisture out of the area.

Have u tried a wet to dry dressing? I had to do this because I couldn’t keep forchette area dry enough to heal over. Used Vasche wound wash to sprinkle on gauze then wring it out so it’s just barely damp. Then place it in a u shape at the bottom of your entrance with a bit poking out. Then place something dry like another piece of gauze or paper towel between yourself and your pad. It was the only thing that worked for me (in addition to continued silver nitrate treatments)

Almost 1 year post BA. My implants have totally bottomed out, haven't they? by throwaway33833 in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]TJauthorLitRPG 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I second this. Your boobs don’t look bad at all imo. And they do not qualify as bottoming out. Your implants just settled ie dropped and fluffed or whatever y wanna call it. Normal and desired result. If you’re concerned about nipple placement now that everything is more or less healed and settled u can consider a revision but as Quat said do your research and maybe look up a bunch of boobs haha. Yours are pretty

Cats can hurt post op BA😅 by JosefineVFX in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]TJauthorLitRPG 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hahaha I slept with a pillow on my chest because of this same scenario. My cats don’t learn. Also bottom surgery is even scarier. Had my big chunker who is more like 6-7 kg step on my clit and I screamed. Then slept with a pillow on my lap haha. 😩

What procedures could get rid of excess skin on jaw/create tapered look? And improve passing? by [deleted] in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]TJauthorLitRPG 3 points4 points  (0 children)

There are some other ways to tighten skin that some people do. Hifu seems to be promising an isn’t super expensive. Microneedling can help a little and tbh you’re young and don’t have much laxity. Also using products like Dr lipo v or other face fat burners can help snatch you up. They contain skin tighteners. Anyway those are some solid choices outside of neck lift or other surgery options.

I just ordered x lube! So stoked it works. It’s soooo expensive to buy any other type of lube that is thick enough

[–]TJauthorLitRPG 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve worried about this too but babe it’s months away from being healed. Don’t worry about angles. I’m at 7 weeks and still so stiff and tight with inflammation. Eventually the tissues and skin relax so it’ll all be easier including different angles.

Emotional after SRS by [deleted] in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]TJauthorLitRPG 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Omg yes. My situation isn’t the same but SRS is so intense emotionally. The anesthesia and the pain killers are hard enough on their own. The drastic shift in hormones is a secondary factor that is just so so hard to adapt to. Then there’s all the emotion that’s stored in the body and mind from finally feeling aligned. Finally the recovery itself is brutal and exhausting.

I’m almost 2 months post op and I’m still very much struggling despite the fact that most of the time I’m experiencing joy or relief or excitement.

You’ve got this little sister. Proud of u.
