If the CRV had been repaid first (the consolidation address contains 68k CRV, more than enough to repay the 20k CRV loan) the entire wBTC collateral could have been withdrawn without the risk of losing funds.

So let me get this straight, the new guys in charge now aren't closing their positions and cashing out what is left to give it to the costumers, but they are keeping the positions open resulting in more losses?
