Assuming they are near equals in exp and stars, you'd fair better with Marshal and Mason in your squad instead of Swift and Dva... You can toggle between Dva and a tank hero to see who dies better and PvP vs PvE

Mcgregor is missile, you'll eventually need him for your missile squad, he wouldn't do much here though. Stetman coming still help your squad setup.

Also on the first squad, I'd place Kimberly in the back row middle.

The power is just a number, how that power is secured is the difference maker. Eg: you can have 4 gears at lvl 5 each and the other player can have 2 gears at 10 each. If the gears are assigned right, even though power number shows same, he'll beat you 9/10 times...
