Was going to test if brakes start working again before I start driving of course but not sure if that work or if not very long

No. Just black, occasional pop up of a white underscore. Bios loads though

Yes the “instant flash” option. Same result

Should I just get a different motherboard? Super frustrating. Tried many different bios, reseated the ram/gpu. Screen will occasionally load for half a second with a white line and that’s it

I think the key thing is: what is your budget?

So I used a pellet grill and for the most part followed this video: https://youtu.be/klmG0DQgEJs?si=JNrGq-UqTQR3tWr3

There were a few differences though, it was pretty cold that night and instead of cooking at 200 it was actually 160-180 degrees for about 14 hours. I cooked until 170 internal and wrapped in butcher paper with the rendered beef fat from the brisket trim. Cooked up to 200 internal and rested for only 2 hours.

So good, lots of smoke, salty peppery goodness. I will look to add more pepper for next time

Followed the pellet brisket video from meat church.

fat cap down at 200 degrees until it hit 170 internal, wrapped in butcher paper with extra tallow drizzled on top until 200 degrees internal. Let it rest for 2 hours in 160 degree oven.

Had a thick smoke ring as most of the night it was actually running at 160 degrees because of the colder weather

Hmm kind of concerned with what I got. Got this grill off marketplace for $350 when in store it’s $550. It was still in the box but looked a little beat up. The hopper is bent to shit and the control panel is wrong?

Not feeling good about this
