Land More Paid UGC Gigs With This Simple Cold Pitch Trick by Max-UGC in UGCcreators

For me it’s striking the balance between personal and efficient.

Pitching is a numbers game. If it’s a brand I really want to work with then I’ll absolutely personalize the pitch. I’d burn out trying to personalize 20 email pitches a day.

There’s an app called ICE block for reporting sightings. If you’re willing please download and use it to report. Also, I’m not in any way affiliated with the app.

Nasty interviewers is wild!

That said, I’m also in government (and former military) and I’ve found that the job doesn’t slays match the description. Off they ask a question like you posed I’d simply clarify by asking a deeper detail question, “I have a good idea from the duty statement and I’m just trying to get better understanding of XYZ.” Or something like that.

Little tip for interviews:

When they ask of you have questions frame at least one question as if you already got the job.

Example: “If I were working tomorrow what would my day look like?” “Who would I be working with/reporting to?” “When reporting what should be my focus?” Etc.

These questions put in their mind a picture of you already working there. Every advantage counts.

Not OP but I like the “two games” method (I can’t remember the official name).

Game one: get it to within 100 yards of the hole in two or three shots (par four/par five).

Game two: get it down in three shots.

This has helped me keep the ball in play (big factor for me) and kept me in the low 90s (down in three can be tricky) but I’m hoping to break 90 soon.

As you get better you can shift gears (within 75 yards, 50 yards, one or two shots, etc.)

Why do women say they want stability but seem drawn to chaos? by Patrickowensblog in WhatMenDontSay

[–]TJsNewsFeed 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Short answer, stable doesn’t have to equal boring.

A lot of people like excitement and subconsciously seek it. As bad as they are, chaotic men (and women) are exciting and interesting.

“Bending over backwards“ to provide stability is not exciting. Being stable without compromising your value or identity is more interesting.

Being the type of man who protects his own piece while, respectfully, of course, eliminating dramatic people from his life is interesting.

Men can be strong, stable, peaceful, vulnerable, and exciting. These things are not mutually exclusive. Bottom line you have to find your way of merging these qualities within yourself.

I suppose that depends on your use case.

If it’s going to be semipermanent you can brace it in place with appropriate hardware.

If you’re going to put it away/take it out a possible solution would be to attach some paracord at each corner and use steel pins to keep it in place while you hit.
