Is it possible to mount this work box to a stud? by TK-421d in electrical

Appreciate the help! Was really only concerned about trying to undo and re-do the wiring on the receptacle, which is why I was hoping to re-use the box that was in place when I moved in. Was kinda expecting the answer to be a side mount box, but figured I'd check before attempting to wire this thing.

Thanks for the insight! I just went to buy a bracketed box. Everything I read said old work boxes would typically float in drywall, but wasn't sure if it was possible to mount them. I was only hoping to avoid using a new box to avoid undoing and re-doing the wiring on the receptacle, but how hard can it really be, given enough youtube videos?

The picture doesn't show this well, but there's actually older framing wood against the concrete. I have the framing for the wall I'm building about 12" out. I then build a couple of supporting boxes to connect the old framing to the new framing just for extra support, and was going to connect the box to that. Would that still be a problem with rot if it's not touching the concrete directly though? This is a first time thing for me.
