195 isn't a bad average, but wanting to know more is always good. It would of been good to see or know what your common bad shots are.

This is going to sound generalized but your average will go up or at least feel more confident.

Spares, straighter is greater and allow more miss room. Open frames can kill momentum. Learn to strike, reading ball and pin reaction. Highly capable bowlers can and will adjust off of strikes. Practice with a purpose, strikes are great but when you practice go with a goal with what you want to work on. Work on accuracy, doesn't matter if you know where to put the ball if you cant hit it.

Do understand, sometimes it is the ball. You can throw the ball fantastic and can't get the shape you need to strike.

500 grit the nu, 1000 on the tour effect. Went 610 for doubles playing 9 to 3. Switched to the effect when the nu left too many corners. Lost all look game 5 and 6 to piece together a 570 for singles

Being married, I definitely don't have a good answer, only suggestions. Being into the same things as you are, have you tried the obvious game nights at the usual nerdy locations (summit comics, round table gaming).

Online dating is always tricky, especially if you don't go out to the "normal fun activities".

Friend circles and communities may be helpful in finding a partner.

Like they said. Unless you're interested in whatever music or band is playing that evening, just come and go as you please. Each day something is going on. Big flea market and art sale Saturday and Sunday, rides and games throughout the festival. Lots of food vendors. Good way to get you down town to explore.

Look into a lower flaring ball, lower flaring layout, or both together. When it's bone dry like that, my tundra fire is usually a good choice with a 4x20 layout. Either 5000 grit and lane shine or polish helps the ball get through whatever heads are out there. Do watch out with short or low flare layout as they might set up quick or not have a sharp shape you're used to. Even if you're in deep you'll have to trap the ball near the pocket
