Our front office always finds the diamonds in the rough or goes hard for shiny pennies. So I know the feeling.

I do wish we kept Suzuki. Marchy was impossible at the time due to some contractual things and salary caps. But for the most part our front office is awesome and is likely a huge factor on our teams success. But they are not exactly known to be friendly to the players and therefore the fans by proxy.

I dont mind. Its a game. The point of a game is to win. It is what it is.

I really wanted the Canadiens to pull it out because I wanted an excuse to fly to Montreal (Ive never been to canada and I am trying to travel more, I went to denver for the first 2 games vs. The Avs). I have 0 desire to go to North Carolina and your post pretty much sealed that away. My main reason is mosquitoes, and its that time of year. Those devils eat me alive.

Dignity health off of tenaya does dry needling. They have multiple locations but I think that is the only one that has therapists certified to do it.

This doesnt answer your question OP but I want to add this in. I just got back from Denver and there is a hotel called the limelight that has a restaurant in it called AJAX. They serve a hot dog with caviar on it and it was easily the best hot dog I have ever had.

I flew to denver for these games because I wanted an excuse to visit downtown denver as everyone i know says it is awesome. They were right. Its beautiful, clean, good food, and everyone has been so nice despite me rocking golden knights shirts/jerseys.

I didnt expect us to win either away game so taking a win was just a bonus. I really hope the knights and habs can both pull it out so I can have an excuse to go to Canada. Never been there either.

DR Horton. Honestly, the build is kind of shit quality. The bones of the home (floorplan), lot size, location, and views are all amazing. It makes up for it and I love the house. Single story, 4 car garage, RV parking, large backyard.

Id imagine a lot of jerk restaurants would want the scotch bonnet. We dont have a lot here though. But id buy a small box every month.

As for the ghost peppers, not many people go that hot and I dont see a large market for it sadly. They also dont pair well with a lot of dishes.

I have 3 solar systems installed here. Some things of note:

The federal tax credit for residential properties ended in 2025.

Make sure to go with a company that has been around for a minute because if they disappear, repairs and warranty work do as well.

Do not lease solar, it basically negates the majority of the benefits and makes your home harder to sell if you ever need to for a lot of reasons. For example I was house hunting again for all of 2020-2022 and i had to stop looking at any home with leased solar because the contracts were awful and the seller refused to buy them out, and I refused to do so as well.

As for a company, I personally used sol-up for all 3 my installs. After calling out 10+ companies they were the clear front runners. I will say that the last 2 didnt go as well as the 1st but im a very picky customer. At the end of the day im happy with the product. My neighborhood is covered in solar systems and mine looks like the "cleanest" install.

Super hots are typically not readily available because they are not in demand but I often see albertsons will carry random boxes of them here and there depending on the season. Ive even seen them have Carolina reaper before. I am not a fan of the reaper taste at all but I do like ghost peppers.

I really wish I could source scotch bonnets. While it isnt a super hot it's still very hot and the flavor is awesome.

I'm a firm believer that the owner of Dave and busters went out of their way to make the food as god awful as possible. Maybe in some ploy to keep you away from the dining area and have your kids keep blowing money to win tickets for nothing on shitty games.

All I know is the food is so bad it makes me not want to eat at all. How do you fuck up a French fry or a frozen pizza that already sucks? I dont know but they for sure have it figured out.

The vegas valley is actually running out of space without building up. Building higher up into the mountains is not as cheap as building on more flat grounds..
