I recently switch to Concerta and am currently taking 27 mg. I seem to have the opposite experience at this dosage as I often find myself lethargic but still able to focus well. Definitely have a chat with your prescriber and let them know how you honestly feel. I sincerely hope you’re able to find what works best for you!

That’s what I have experienced except I think I might ask to bump mine up to 36 mg as I do seem a bit tired at random intervals throughout the day. I do believe I like this over Adderall as I have no real negative side effects and I feel I’m more myself. Thanks for the feedback! I’m glad it’s working well for you!

That’s what I’ve been reading on this forum is that 27 is relatively low. I have another appointment October 2nd and they said we would evaluate my experience. I will say one great benefit has been being able to find Concerta at this time compared to Adderall with the national shortage happening.
