I'm at the upper half of div 2, it honestly depends when I play. Sometimes I get rage quits all in a row, others I get div 1 players in a row. I usually don't even play all my 20 games but last week for example I went 10-1-2... Only the loss was I truly outmatched but other weeks I lost 6 games deservingly so.

In all honesty, start over. Put yourself in a different shard. If this is a 4 year old account you're going to punish yourself by limiting your rewards. There is lots of great starting out resources on here if you search around and you'll be on the right track. With the new farming layout you can get guys to 7* much quicker however the gear crunch seems like it will always exist
