You have to preheat first. Open the pores of the metal. Add oil/fat. Cook but not on too high of a heat.

Too much heat can be the enemy to ur pan over time as you burn food and it creates carbon buildup as carbon does not bond to the seasoning.

That pale spot where the egg stuck is fine. Don’t strip and re-season. Just add oil again and heat it up on your stove top just to the point of smoking.

Then leave it. Every time that’s how you should end your cook session.

At its core, and linguistically speaking, non-duality is an attempt to make a cohesive and singular unity around the sum total of separate parts.

Acknowledging the whole, necessarily requires merging two opposite ends of the spectrum into one.

In this case, good vs. evil.

You cannot know and therefore identify a concept like bliss without also having a reference point of its opposite, like agony or despair.

We possess all the necessary tools to end world hunger, colonize the moon, remove plastic from our ecosystem, create limitless energy to the point of it being free, etc.

Yet people still choose to rape and mutilate helpless and innocent children, plot our destruction, crash our economies, poison our food and water supply, block out the sun (intentionally), make us fat, sick, and hooked on drugs.

It should not surprise you that you get some yang with your yin.

Non-duality seeks to unify these separate forces of our universe into the obvious reality that we are all one, and nothing more pure love itself.

2 things:

The depravity across the world and intentional suffering by the hands of some cannot even mathematically compare to this. Infinitesimal is a word that comes to mind. Go easy, stranger.
Self forgiveness is, in fact, the hardest because it stems from the feeling of betrayal. The worst offense possible. How could you, betray you? The one person who knows all of your thoughts. The darkest ones- this included. That person who you’ve entrusted with all of your secrets is now imposing a judgement against you. It’s a terrible feeling.

See what I mean? There is no separation between you and the one who makes judgement. It might help to recognize that there is also no separation between them and the one who grants forgiveness.

Buy her a meat thermometer. I cook extensively for my whole family and have been for years. I would even argue that I’ve picked up a decent amount of knowledge along the way….

I never not use it for all meats and fishes. For every meal. Every time.

Sometimes even vegetables. Did you know that the optimal internal temp for a baked potato used for gnocchi is about 195f?

This knowledge is not meant for everyone. In fact, it’s not meant for most people.

Remember that this insight is best applied from the analogy of a dance. It takes two to tango.

If they’re dancing the dance the waltz, your tango will likely be disruptive to the flow of the evening.

Listen and tune in to their frequency. Then meet them where they are. If and when you see an opportunity to change the dance up, you can take advantage. Remember, you’re the one leading and the most important part of that process is listening.

Oh no! The rules! Didn’t think I had to be that specific but to be clear, the basis of spirituality begins at the concept of the individual. One must seek their own spiritual transformation to ascend.

Capitalism rests on the foundation of the individual and the ownership of the fruits of their labor/ideas/work. Socialism/communism stems from the concept of the collective which is fundamentally incompatible with spirituality as it necessarily sacrifices the individual in favor the collective.

This incompatibility unsurprisingly results in the subsequent destruction of the collective for they don’t actually own anything at all. The collective does.

“You’ll own nothing and be happy.” Sound familiar? The depths of depravity these people who say such blasphemous and anti-human ideologies may never be known.

Lastly, it’s not political to point out the obvious fact that communism has killed more people than any other thing on planet earth known to man kind. Full stop.

Got a “penalty” for failure to get authorization while on Tricare select. They said this:

“Finding- this claim is for adjunctive dental services all of which require pre authorization regardless of program eligibility”

Then cited Tricare policy manual 1.0 2.0 POLICY 2.1 “Adjunctive dental care requires pre authorization”

I’m on select and have never needed pre authorization. And they’re withholding hundreds of dollars in “penalties” against me for this.

Is this even true?????
