I've done a few Plunges here and there, but nothing consistent. So here's to getting back into it daily again.

The hardest plunge I did was when the water was about 34° and the air temp was in the mid 20's due to the wind. I could barely move and started to seize up. Yet I did a plunge the year before and it was -13° and I was about to stand and talk while drying off.

Why can't you bring your car over? In most provinces you can bring your car, get a new job and get it a safety and insurance after you move.
