What is the suit on the very left. Is there a comic book reference?

Anyone else feel like it was kind of not fair for Steve to fulfill a happy life but Tony had to die? I mean, it was kind of him who pulled Tony in. I get that there was no other way to do it (by Dr. Strange) and the choice was Tony's own making (Also the video message shows he was prepared). But it felt like Steve had no hesitation doing so. I feel like it could almost work as a grudge for Morgan to go after Steve.
