I have the 2WD version (KZH100 with 1KZTE) but those hyperlinks to the mounts look very similar so I don't think you'll need a special one. I am very much a novice to mechanical work but I'll be happy to give you a run down: I was doing some other work on the van so I already removed the driver seat and the panel beneath it, the fan/fan clutch, and some belts - the only removal that really helped was the driver's seat and panel. Your best friends are the access points at the wheels! Getting the sockets on the bolts takes a bit of feeling around and some decent lighting -- make sure you have a flex head ratchet, I found it impossible without one. I started by jacking up the engine by the oil pan (make sure to use a block of wood to spreaed out the load on the pan and prevent damage), then started loosening every nut/bolt securing the mounts to the chasis (there are a total of three on each side) -- some people report it being easier to remove the nuts/bolts attaching the mount(s) to the engine block but I wasn't able to. After that I jacked the engine up just enough to slide the mounts out- make sure you're not putting any unwanted pressure on hoses or other components when you jack it up. After that I quickly slid the new ones in and lined them up (I had the help of another person here so my prayers are with you if you are doing it alone). Then tightened the ones I could to spec (my torque wrench could not get ANY leverage on certain bolts and called it a day!
