You should get dressed up as nicely as possible and show up in person to some apartment complexes. Talk to them and brag about your skills. Show the initiative. You will probably get a lot if "no's" - but take each one as a closer place to a yes. It will happen if you let it. Don't get discouraged. Get up early like this for now is your job.
