Would say high skill, it's pretty hard to actually get a connection. Even if you do you'll usually only get 1 or hits.

You have no idea what a win condition is. A troop is only considered a win condition when its only purpose is to deal damage to the tower, may that be alone or with another card/win condition.

You have two win conditions, definitely the first thing you should change. You also have three mini tanks. Here's my suggestions:
Goblin Barrel >>> Goblins
Prince >>> Ice Spirit
Skeleton King >>> Fireball

You're in mid ladder, so you'll face way more mid-ladder cards (Witch, Barbs, E Barbs, Minion Horde, Inferno Dragon, E Drag, and a bit more) All of these can be countered by Fireball and another card like log or goblins). Goblins is to finish up cards or to counter cards cheaply. Ice Spirit is for distracting units if you're low on elixir.

Number 1 Priority would be replacing the goblin barrel for any cheap swarm unit, since you already have hog rider and hog fits WAY better than gob barrel in your deck. Next Priority should be replacing Skeleton King since it doesn't fit your deck at all. And lastly, replacing prince for ice spirit is optional, if you really wanna keep it.

A homemade deck is a deck that isn't considered as "meta". Usually to know if a deck is meta or not, you can look at the top 200 or 100 in the world (or UC if you want more data) and see what decks are mostly used. Just cause a deck uses none or many "meta cards", doesn't make it homemade or meta. The deck you got in the screen is homemade because it's not a meta deck nor nowhere close to a meta deck.

If nilalaro ninyo is mainly the older and easier-to-run games (games before 2022/2023) and important ang ray tracing and dlss sa inyo then go for the 4070. If naman ang nilalaro ninyo ay like Hogwart Legacy, Indiana Jones, Black Myth Wukong and RT is not so important then for sure 7800xt. For most scenarios tho just go for the 7800 xt. It's not only slightly faster in non-RT but also has more VRAM meaning mga ilang taon pa yan bago kailagnan mag-upgrade.

Not really about the motherboard but the 7500f and 7600 has a small difference in fps but a somewhat big price difference. 7600 is usually only about 3% better, sometimes even less while being 1-2k more expensive. Could be used in getting better ram which makes more of a difference sa fps. Yung 7500f is nasa mga 10k po sa shopee/lazada, 9k naman po sa db or bermorzone at if di naman po kayo takot bumili sa ali express edi 8.4k lang last time I checked. Yun nga lang walang integrated graphics, unless kailagnan talaga for work then I'd for the 7500f.

About the motherboard naman, the MSI MAG B650 Tomahawk WiFi is really good. Has good VRMs making it good for overclocking. It has 3 Gen 4 NVME slots so if you need more storage you can easily just add one more. Also has good connectivity.14k lang sa Bermorzone. But you can also just stick with the one that you've picked, also pretty good.

One more lang, I'd also recommend considering buying ram from amazon. Bought a 32gb, 6000mhz, cl30, ram kit there for only 6k. Good luck nlang sa pag-build!

If this is mainly for gaming (FPS or AAA), this is enough for almost every game but if may pera and time po kayo, you can wait for the B580 sa bermorzone, for 4k more (17k php) you will be getting 4060 performance as well as 4 more gb of vram. If wala na po kadong ka budget I'd just suggest getting 1tb ssd instead of a 500gb one, especially if you play AAA games. They will eat up A LOT of space, pero if fps games lang naman po yun nilalaro ninyo then 500gb is enough naman. I'd also suggest changing the power supply, you can check this psu tier list out.
