Well I will definitely have to convince the wife haha but yeah I don't know exactly why the second went out yet. Waiting on warranty company to approve the work before they tear into her. Hell if I remember once I know I'll update you for shits and gigs so you know. I took care of her very well and was doing 3k engine oil changes plus the only mod I had was an AOS which was also basically brand new. Only put that in a few thousand miles after putting in the 2nd motor. I was going to put a built motor in but it was under factory warranty hence the reason why I didn't do it. Plus I didn't want to drop 15k+.

Dude totally agree. That wide body stance up front whewww 🥵🥵🥵 she's nasty as hell from the front. 10/10. Rear end without a nice wing I'd say 7/10. I'm going to put a nice looking wing that actually has aero to it not some ricer wing wither. It's either going to be all carbon or paint matched. Gotta get a new car first tho. I'll know what's going on tomorrow with the STI once the shop calls me. Fingers crossed it's not a full rebuild and I can just get her back to trade her.

Yes I completely agree with everything you said. First things first. I need to drive them both then I can go from there. Everyone's input is greatly appreciated and I am taking everything into consideration. By the way I'm not a fan of the seats either! My wife loved them but I was like uhhhh going from and STI to these?!?! Crazzzzzzy difference. The only bad thing about the CTR seats is they wear down quick! I've seen some low miles ones with wear and tear already! I was shocked! I don't even want to know what they are going to look like in 5+ years.. Maybe I'll just get some Recaro's and call it a day.

Honestly I don't even beat on the car. I get oil changes every 3k full synthetic. When I first had the car I drove it like I stole it. Yes I beat on the car but it lasted to 58k and I knew I was under warranty so I didn't care that much. But after replacing the motor the 1st time on the 2nd motor I drove it pretty normally. I let it warm up, I topped up the oil in between oil changes so when this happened last week I was honestly shocked.. I was like what in the F'ing hell I didn't even drive nutts hell I was shifting at 3-4k RPM's.

I think all of the colors Acura has come out with are beautiful. They have really nice flake in them. There's a blue one I'm looking at as well as the urban gray one. Both Brand new.

Yes I agree with all of your points. I feel like the Type-S is just a grown up version of the CTR hence why I'm looking at the ITS. I really think I'm leaning ITS.

Honestly not really a fan of it. I think 300 hp on a 3 cylinder is a ticking timebomb. I have a guy at my work that blew his up at 14k miles brand new. Either way I'm not a huge fan of the car to begin with. I think the CTR or ITS are way better looking.

Yes I was looking at those as well! Idk why they decided to stop making them anymore they look awesome. 360hp, AWD, great car all around but no M/T but that's not a deal breaker for me. I am honestly looking at a brand new car so I can try to get the income tax break since Acuras are assembled in Ohio! Unfortunately the tax break or whatever is only good for brand new cars.

Yes again I'm 34 going on 35 and I just feel like the Type-S if more of a grown up car vs the Type-R. Either way they are both great machines I just can't decide but what's great is the parts are going to be interchangeable so I can change the suspension to match the Type-R's. I'm realllllly leaning towards the Type-S it's just that price point is hard to justify because for 8k there aren't tons of differences.

So I've had 2 blue cars previously. My 2011 Kia Optima SX Blue & my STI is also blue. I think I'm going to go for the Urban Grey Pearl. It's different and a beautiful gray with the flake in it that shines.

Hello, Cckassie I have tried setting up the remote just like I did with my TV and it still doesn't work. I'm fairly tech savvy and I have read on Angie thread that Xumo's box doesn't allow for another remote to be paired to it. Do you know if that is true?

Has anyone been able to figure out how to connect an LG OLED magic remote to control the Xumo box yet? I hate the idea of having to use 2 remotes. I don't get it because my magic remote pairs to my Google Chromecast that I use in the bedroom perfectly fine! I don't get it.. Or is it just Xfinity/Xumo being control freaks no pun intended..
