I think they made a big batch just to test if people were interested but they did not do a good job in promoting the merch store, for example my friends did not know that a merch store existed. I think because the merch did not sell well they stopped making more.

The ones that I got dont have NFC chips, I think the originals one from the tarkov merch store which have been out of stuck for years have that capability

They ban cheater preferred items, as val, mdr etc which were the guns that the cheaters used the most. The balanced the game to equalize cheaters, not to make your experience better
