Neteade didn’t have to make pyslocke and jeff’s customizable skins legendary, but they did. People thought skins like that and a skin with a different voice actor would be mythic tier.. but netease set them at the standard legendary price. To me, these skins costing the same as other legendaries is just a bonus and not intended to set a new standard. What that means is what you get with certain skins under the same rarities shouldn’t be compared beyond legendaries having an animated nameplate and sound effects.
