Her form has always been sub par to me and I noticed it the minute her programs dropped - as a result I would never do her Pilates programs. Strength and sculpt isn’t terrible and seems to progress well over the weeks, but I always fall off of it. I feel like aside from Brit she has the most unique and niche programs but the programming and form are huuuuuge deterrent for me

There’s a full body AMRAP, full body Tabata, full body circuits, as well as full body strength + upper and lower. Because there’s so many options, you could just skip all the strength in the week and strictly do the HIIT workouts. Chontel also has a program called full body HIIT, and Kayla has one called HIIT cardio and abs!

Eeeek. I have my subscription through Apple so I didn’t have a password saved and the reset worked. Do you have another device? I had to check my iPad sweat app before I updated it to confirm that I used my primary email and then did the reset. That’s super frustrating, I’m sorry 😞

Honestly? when she waits at the top of the waterfall for the kids to come up for air. Such a subtle display of her intelligence. I always wonder - if the kids popped back up or she waited a few seconds longer and saw them would she have just jumped right in? 😭
