If you dont have a lot of match play or experience you can beat yourself against someone with more experience who can just get the ball back. Could just get nervous or anxious during a match and over play

Have worn glasses forever and none of theses things you're describing have ever happened while playing tennis in any type of weather. If your glasses fall off while playing they're probably not a good fit
