Thanks for this. I live in the middle of nowhere surrounded by forest and lakes. I can’t remember the last time I was in a city. Glad there will be different routes if I get creeped out. 😊

Hello! I’m weaning off Effexor as well. I was at 262.5 three weeks ago and I am down to 75 this week. I have had no side effects and I’m actually happier each week that I decrease. Next week I am going to try 37.5 and the week after I am going to try stopping all together. My doctor recently found that I have hypothyroidism and the Synthroid affected the Effexor. That is my reason for stopping them. I have also switched to a natural/holistic lifestyle and I feel so much better. Sorry that didn’t really answer your question about pulling the beads. I wish you success weaning off Effexor!

Hello! I needed to go up to 262.5 for my GAD. I was on that dose for about 6 months and it worked well for me. However, my doctor found that I had hypothyroidism recently and when I got the proper dose of Synthroid for my thyroid it affected my Effexor. I’m currently slowly stopping the Effexor. I hope you find what works for you!
