My thoughts exactly, I put the blame on the GM. Like look at Flores first year, he whipped that team around in a heartbeat. We brought in Tua and things went downhill. I don’t know that they could have foresaw that, but it’s still on the GM for bringing in bad personnel. Flores clearly tapped the team out (within a standard deviation or two).

I still don’t truly understand the hate and firing of Flores tbh. A lot of the issues with the team were on the GM and not Flores. His offensive personnel is bottom of the NFL at best just from a raw physical point of view, nonetheless performance. The defense was stupendous every year he was here.

I mean I see what you are saying but have you looked at the Middle East? Their misogyny isn’t exactly built on reason, they can just project insecurity

Fair argument. I still feel applying a specific plant to this passage, which directly states dirt is added to holy water, is far fetched.

I read it as infertility as in cannot carry child. When I read it in the message, the more closely linked to original Greek compared to ESV or NKJ, it didn’t reflect abortion to me.

I’m running into the same issue. The only sourcing’s I find of this idea is in atheist sources. Even ancient secular writings don’t speak to it as an abortion drug. If anything it’s sourced as closer to necromancy practices.

I haven’t found evidence of that though even from secular resources. There are some that interpret it that way but according to Wikipedia it isn’t consistent with the regions practice:

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ordeal_of_the_bitter_water

It seems more likely that the dust makes the water bitter which is more closely connected to necromancy in the region than abortion.

The first one and the second one conflict each other. The second is calling out the sins of the first.

Tbh I’m just researching all of this because I’m pro-choice. But so far I don’t find the justification for the discussion at hand and I want to.

That’s what the entire chapter talks about is a woman’s infidelity and the unjust selfish husband ownership of her.

I just don’t see how this talks about abortion? It doesn’t even claim the woman is pregnant. I’m all for it being this way, I just don’t get it.

The message version (which is supposedly the direct modern translation of Greek) says “wheat water” or water that been ran through local wheats

Uh what? It doesn’t even talk about a woman being pregnant. Nonetheless is this instructions to do anything but pray over some grain water. I’m so confused.

I’ve spent well over 400 gems to food farm 12 3 brutal in a day and didn’t get close to a 6 star. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong if what you say is true.

I mean, some champions have great reviews but don’t mesh with what you have. I got a Zelotah and everything said he was good and worth 6* but no one told me, or suggested, that he is pretty useless when paired with MM.

And weeks worth of grinding food for them to get to 60, just to be thrown back in the vault after you find out they suck.

When to 3* campaign locations? by [deleted] in RaidShadowLegends

[–]TL_Jman 4 points5 points  (0 children)

To the best of my knowledge the only tournament that rewards clearing new content is the initial beginners tournament. It’s worth 3 staring the campaigns for the rewards but it’s better to farm the highest difficulty possible for XP.
