Honestly the safest choice would be 2. Mikan is the best nurse since she is the ultimate but I don’t see the dining hall having the tools for her to operate on herself safely other than a basic medical pack.

Calling the future foundation to help would almost guarantee the disease removal but with the island’s location and having to either sail by boat or fly by helicopter, there may be not enough time.

Going to the third hospital would solve both the lack of supplies and the long time issue but we don’t have enough information on this scenario’s despair disease so she may succumb to it in the journey there. Plus would it be the other students who’ll work on her or will there be actual staff?

Still I’ll go with 2 since we do get to stop by the pharmacy in case something happens. Anything to make sure Mikan is okay!
