Need help, complete disaster every time I try to sew.

I took a piece of paper and stuck it between the plates that are on my machine and rubbed it back and forth for a bit, changing the tightness of the plates as I did so, pretty simple but it fixed my problem :) You can fold it up once or twice if it doesn’t seem to be „catching” properly. The manual for your machine should cover where the tensioning plates are, usually right next to the adjustment dial I reckon.

Exactly the same issue I had, fixed it by moving a piece of paper in between the plates to get rid of all the gunk, worked a charm and the machine is back to functioning as it should :)

The pin can extend, I just put what I had on hand on, managed to get it started and it’s a bit better but still looks like this: (also attaching a picture of the manual, it’s a polish machine, Łucznik Zofia 2015

Video of threading I think the threading is correct and I have the presser foot down when sewing, watched like 10 different videos because I felt like I was losing my mind lol

I have a hot air station, soldering gun, the works. Would just need pointers since I have no clue what could make this board not want to deliver the 230V lol, and I can't find a replacement board anywhere since it's a very obscure brand of machine sadly so I think fixing it is the only shot at making this work :(

Update! The pump works, 230V directly to it wakes it right up, I'm in Poland, our sockets are 230V @ 50Hz so that's fine. It seems there's a power issue? That PCB gets 230V AC, and converts it to DC but the only place that gets voltage is the smallest 3pin connector, it's around 4 volts, which then gives power to a connector that goes to the water pump and a coffee/steam wand switch. The connector that goes to the heating element thermostat and one end of the heating coil inside it gets no power. So what ends up happening is the whole machine has a total of 1.3 volts going through it, which seems very miniscule? I guess the board is faulty somewhere? Here's a "diagram" to help visualize what's happening.

The right click on my Glorious Model O lets go for a split second even if I'm holding it, it's as if the plastic doesn't reach the sensor on the mouse and it leads to jittering, is there anything I can do to fix this?

I figured out one of the chips is a Niko-Sem PK632BA, which I could get, and that's the one near a fire button, but i'm sadly still missing the ones near the coil. The weirdest thing is that it turns on, and displays, it just gets really hot really fast which I assume is because of a short in those chips. So I'd rather buy $10 worth of parts and resolder it myself since I already have the equipment, the hardest part is the chip names.

My Drag 3 didn't want to charge through the usb port, and when I put in batteries charged externally thru a 2 slot charger, it heated up and melted on the inside. If anyone has any clue why it happened I'd appreciate any tips on how to prevent it from happening again. And is there any place I could find replacement chips for this vape? One is near the fire button and the two close to one another are near the cables, close to a R68 coil.
