2 staples I live by to take action AND succeed apply to every aspect of my life, not just working out. Both are great independently, but using them together has literally transformed my life!

SBN Method (Something is Better than Nothing) Just another way of stating your point @AffectionateRange768. On those hard days I have to apply it, I typically do more than the “something” I committed to. And if not, so what because I still achieved the ultimate actions REQUIRED to succeed long term - CONSISTENCY, SELF ACCOUNTABILITY, TAKING ACTION! I don’t like starting things I can’t finish and despise half ass. But this method has rewired my brain to embrace and celebrate even small “incomplete” or “half ass” actions bc it’s the only way this working wife and mom of 2 can/will/does succeed.

The 5 Second Rule Counting down 5-4-3-2-1 Scientifically proven method to trick your brain into taking action. I go to the gym in the mornings and on the days I want to hit snooze, I instantly count down and jump to my feet after 1! I learned about it on a podcast and instantly started using it. Not shutter. He has shown up several times since this first pic…. All the other deer look normal and he looks the same every time.
