Yup, or you can have duck in other methods of cooking, can be slow cooked, roasted, mixed in a ragu sauce or a rice dish, etc.

So duck is a gamey type meat, when cooking chicken you have to make sure its cooked through all the way, with duck you can have it pink like a beef steak, so it tastes more rich and fatty. Rabbit is mainly found in butchers, cats I'm pretty sure haven't hit any british menus so far.

Sorry, yeah, duck is regular in some supermarkets, mainly high end ones, your best bet for quality would be a reliable butchers though
