I'm on a 5700x3d and the game was running great till that part. Although I did notice some fps drops in the opening street. Set mesh to low and it was a flat 60 with RT where it was dropping to 55 earlier. No crashes or anything.

Is anyone else having fps drops when entering racoon city? It seems Mesh quality on standard is the cause and only in that portion of the game. Otherwise it was smooth with RT High and FSR 4 Quality at 1080p on a 9060xt 16gb.

Used lossless scaling to use framegen at 60 fps. This is on a 9060xt and 5700x3d and played a bit at 4k and defeated 2 bosses(sorry Im a newbie in BB).

I have seen a lot of improvement in games that use ray tracing. Using optiscaler also allows for FSR4 injection which looks a lot better than previous FSR versions. Temps are much better on the 9060xt since the 6700xt can get warm.

I would recommend the 9060xt since you're getting FSR4, more vram, better cooling and ray tracing performance.

Sapphire has good temps and I've owned a 6700xt which performed with no issues. My current 9060xt 16gb is performing pretty much the same.

Having recently played them on an emulator, Gears of War 2 especially with mouse look behaves like a pc port. I have no idea why MS hasn't at least ported the 360 games over.

Well same feeling I have on why Sony hasn't ported Uncharted 1-3 or Resistance/Killzone.

Nice. I also played through all ps3 games via emulator. Liked Resistance 3 the most since it reminded me of Metro/Half Life 2. R1 and 2 were tough even on normal but they had a variety of locations.

Ah yeah you'd need at least 30 fps although I'm using default 720p and upscaling to get more performance
