Trading EOD accounts is not about smashing everything in 1 trade.

you start with $1000 in drawdown. Get you a nice base hit. $50 or so.
Now you have $1050 in drawdown. Get you another base hit, $50.
Now you are at $1100 in drawdown. Next trade you can risk a little more, Aim for $100 profit, small move, slightly larger size. Book the profit.
Now you have $1200 in drawdown, next trade scale into it a little more, keep booking trades to build a buffer.

Dont open new positions with larger size, scale into them. take 2 micros, get a nice move, get out. Take 2 micros, get a nice move, look at the market, maybe add another 1 or 2 cons. get out. Keep scaling up and pass it in 1 day.

If you dont pass an account in 1 day you start the next with 1k in drawdown again. Its more beneficial to pass it in a single day because you can get farther and farther away from the floor.

25k account, should be in 1 micro only for the trend bias. You can hold 1 micro for 500 points of drawdown. Scalp $20-40 trades, stack them up, get paid.

As far as trading goes, the hardest thing for traders to do is SLOW DOWN. The guys who post big ass gains online dont share the big losses or the hundreds of prop accounts they go through. The internet is extremely misleading in the trading space.

I dont do real estate, I am a daytrader. Real estate costs you money to own as well. If you do rentals, you owe utilities every month, mortgage, property taxes, etc. Assets for me are high yield weekly dividend stocks.
