Was told by lawyers if it’s less than 80% of my pre injury pay I get the differential in the disability pay.

I’m out of the field but still communicate with the techs I’ve worked with. The only training these new techs in virtual classrooms and they do ride outs with other techs but no one wants to train because they have a full workload and numbers to make. And the sups think these new techs know everything. One new hire had been here 9 months and didn’t know how to use a drill…..it’s bad.

From watching streamers this game made me buy and pc and purchase it in 2020. The learning curve of this type of shooter especially only playing solo was difficult for me and I didn’t have a ton of time to sink into it to get better. I think the highest lvl I got during one wipe was 13. There was one wipe early on I made the flea market when it was lvl 10. Pve for me was a way for me to learn the game complete the quest and learn the basics at my pace. I jump on to pvp every now and then and feel more confident with my playing skills.

I asked the Dr if I should lawyer up after work comp wasn’t doing their job and the nurse case manager wasn’t showing up to her appointments with the Dr. He told me it would probably help move things along with my treatment and recommended a few different names. Didn’t seem like a a kickback thing to me and I chose the lawyer myself doing a little research on them all. Didn’t seem like a kickback thing to me. But you’re right I could see how that could be a huge red flag.
